My position with FK&A was a Blend of Quality Assurance and Development.  Here’s a summary of some of the things I was involved with:

- Developed a Test Framework using Delphi Script in AutomatedQA's Test Complete ®,.

- Implemented the use of MadExcept ® in our applications to provide automatic runtime bug reporting.

- Interface with clients to insure quality, timely deliveries, and resolution of bugs.

- Conduct exploratory, regression, and integration testing on a large application consisting of three separate front ends using a SQL Server back end for a large venture capital firm.

- Wrote automated test scripts as necessary to increase efficiency of the testing process.

- Used Transaction SQL, via Enterprise Manager and SQL Query Analyzer, on SQL Server 2000, for testing and debug purposes.

- Administered SQL Server 2000 databases; backups, restores, user setup and database creation.

- Converted an MS Access application backend to SQL Server, including use of DTS packages.

- Prototyped a Data Warehouse and designed related OLAP cubes for data analysis.

- Light application development in Delphi to fix bugs or make required modifications.

- Evaluated Win Runner and various other packages for use in application testing.

- Wrote unit tests for several modules using DUnit.

- Working with Microsoft Project Implementation Framework to set up Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Project Server 2002 and Sharepoint Team Services.

- Conducted research on using ASML (Abstract State Machine Language) to improve our modeling and testing process.
- Did initial development on a Microsoft Project custom Project Guide, including work with c# Active X -Add-in's, HTML, DHTML, JScript, and MSPJGrid (the Project web part Grid component).
